The factory covers area of 20,000 square meters,and have workers around 60,we have own testing lab for resistance,strength,UV testing,salt and fog experiment
8 Sets of high performance of extruding machines ensure huge PE/PP monofilament yarns for all kinds of polywire,polyrope,and polytape.
10 sets of different types of twisting machines ensure that all monofilament can be twisted at short time. Different kinds of roll heights and package can be designed.
All the package is finished by machines,this ensure that our package is starndard,and good shape for exporting.
20 sets of injection machines supply continuous and different types of fence insulators.
The capacity for all different items can be 10x40HC per month.This production capacity ensure that we can meet many order requirements,especially for some steady and bigger order plan.
